Patch 1.640 - Italian, workshop, heroes book upgrades — Royal Heroes Steam update #832373

Hey guys, here is a minor patch - mostly to fix italian codepage and to test out workshop. Most notable gameplay new mechanic - now you can upgrade your heroes magic books, and they are wrapable. - mage heroes books now upgradeable - small changes to Paladin and Phoenix - new heroes - Amazons(comes in two sets) - modding enabled - first revision - new achievement - 'Dimension Boss' - if unlocked - extra warping hero is allowed - new achievements - gathering t6 collections - unit spells using - reworked - new perk for anyone who is carring a book - extra spells level - barrack fixes&improvments - Italian fixed - tnx to Pazzoberserk - warping - magic heroes will not lose their spell power - achievements saves fixed To enable - workshop - rename _extras to extras.
