Engine Update and Minor UI Adjustments — Breadbulls Steam update #83270

Godot 4.4.1 ==> Godot 4.5(Shouldn't really impact anything, report any bugs it might cause please but I play tested for a while and it seemed stable.)Moved government sub-tab selector 4 pixels to the right so it's properly centered.Adjusted the stock market stats scene and graph scene buttons so it can be easily double clicked instead of having to move mouse to get from stock trading panel to graphs.Looking at a strange government lobbying bug that's causing innacurate numbers to be shown at mid-day, still not really sure what's causing this but I'll fix it don't worry. It shouldnt (no promises) actually change what the government passes in the bill.
