Added new Item Section to the Library. Added 6 new Relics： Hemostatic Bandage When any ally takes damage exceeding 20 points, immediately restores half of the damage taken as HP. This relic has a 5-second cooldown after triggering. War Drum When any ally triggers , restores 1% of max HP to the entire party. This relic has a 2-second cooldown after triggering. Red Armband When the captain triggers , grants 1 stack of to the whole party (max 50 stacks). Each stack increases all damage dealt by 1%. stacks are halved every second. Blue Armband When the captain triggers , grants 2 stacks of to the whole party (max 50 stacks). Each stack increases all damage dealt by 1%. stacks are halved every second.
