Due to precision loss during the conversion between GIF playback intervals and ANI playback intervals, which caused the actual playback speed to differ from the GIF, a rounding rule of "round down on 4, round up on 6, and round to the nearest even number on 5" was introduced to make the ANI playback speed closely match the GIF playback speed. Additionally, a bug where the ANI playback speed would drop to 0 when the GIF interval was too short has been fixed. - Fixed a bug causing significant frame rate differences during conversion. - Fixed various issues occurring at very low frame rates.
