Tetrachroma 1.3.2 Maintenance update — TETRACHROMA Steam update #840976

Today's update is a very small maintenance update to fix an issue with running the game under Linux using Proton. When running under Proton, minimizing or alt tabbing out of the window could cause increased memory or GPU usage as the game continued to render. Now the game stops rendering and throttles its update rate when the window is minimized or hidden which should resolve this issue. This issue was only observed under Linux, but the change should also reduce power usage when the game is minimized under Windows. Changes Fixed an issue where minimizing the window or alt tabbing out of full screen could cause performance problems when running under Proton / Linux
