Tetrachroma Demo Update (0.3.0) — TETRACHROMA Steam update #840990

This update makes balance changes to the game over condition with the goal of making the game feel a little more forgiving. The change makes it easier for new players to play the game for longer and for expert players to get larger line clears. Changes Reworked game over condition: game over now occurs when a piece is placed with none of its blocks contained inside the board. Previously game over occurred when a piece was placed with any of its blocks contained outside of the board. Special thanks to MelloBoo44 for suggesting this change on the Steam forums. Added slight board shift when blocks are locked above the board: when blocks are locked above the board frame, the board is shifted down slightly to improve visibility of these blocks. Added effect where the top of the board's border briefly glows rainbow colors to warn if locking a piece would cause a game over.
