Skipping the intro and ending is now done by holding down the interact button. There's a visual of a bar that fills up and the text was changed. Before, it was too easy for players to accidentally skip the intro of the game. Roaches that appear in the Guesthouse are now white in appearance. On Nightmare difficulty, an open doorway near the first save room now becomes a locked door.
