New building: the cat casino. common gift. has the new toxo ability: gains +1 tourism from each other cat-themed building in the city. Cat café and lucky cat now have the toxo ability as well. Reduced the amount of tourism of other casinos, to reflect better the fact that casinos do generate some tourism but largely depend on tourism from other sources. Fixed a bug with volume in the audio mixer that prevented some players from muting the game. Adjusted construction time of bridges. Fixed an issue that was causing some players not able to pay a ransomware incident.
