Fixed respawn on Icelands that could get a player stuck Fixed bug with lighting attacks that would continue to damage prior hit enemies, while continuing to channel, but not no longer hitting them. Increased Magnus bosses' health by 1/3rd Fixed Obsidian boss pathing updates to *hopefully* prevent terrain clipping deaths. Updated portal spawning condition to only verify living players have upgrades. This will prevent a run from getting stuck in the rare scenario a player is dead and is not in a spot that can be revived. Fixed 'guiding arrows' current binding from not populating in options menu.
