Fix menus not closing when pressing build keyboard shortcuts (z, x, v). Space maps: gain new platform every 3 waves instead of 2. Fix trees having the wrong priority text on menu. Fix explosion skill being removed when skilling laser ultimate (explosion doesn't require splash points now).
