1.2.1 Fixed medal issues — Cento Steam update #853355

Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where players would receive a medal when defeated in Endurance. Fixed an issue where medals could not be obtained when playing Endurance with the second, third, or fourth custom characters. In consideration of the above issue, in version 1.2.1, added a function that allows you to reset the medal of the selected character by pressing Shift + Alt + X on the character selection screen for Endurance.
