October 11 Update: Tutorials, Alchemy and Book Improvements — Chesspath Dungeon Steam update #8538183

This update focuses on your first steps into the dungeon, hands-on alchemy, and the way pages and information are presented throughout a journey. It also brings changes to the main menu, monster animations and the death summary. Getting started and the opening story • Added a three-part tutorial covering movement with cards, reading enemies and resolving combat, then avoiding traps, collecting healing and finding the exit. • Tutorial progress can be resumed. Completing it leads into a regular journey; tutorial play does not count towards journey records or achievements. Players with an existing play history do not need to repeat the tutorial. • Revised the first-time opening sequence: the tutorial now comes before the opening story for your first regular journey.
