Small demo update and future plans — Hellslinger Steam update #872341

First of all, we’d like to thank everyone for giving the Hellslinger demo a chance and supporting the project. Your feedback has helped us pinpoint the areas we want to focus on, and despite the long road ahead, things are looking bright. With this update, the demo is receiving an adjustment to the movement code aimed at addressing the “slippery” physics – gone are the days of platforming on ice, and we’re looking forward to hearing your thoughts! This is the only major change being updated or added to the demo for now, but we feel a significant enough one worthy of mention. With the dust settling we took a moment to reevaluate things, and reach a consensus on the path moving forward. Considerable work has already gone into re-balancing characters, refining combat, and filling out the enemy roster.
