Happiness adjustments and fixes related laws. (now, again, laws affect provincal happiness. (It was affecting countrywide happiness so it had almost no affect because countrywide happiness were no longer used.) Province happiness is now more dynamic. Made multiple text corrections. Minor game optimizations.
