Localization: Added string formatting using string.Format("{0} test {1}", "AAA", "BBB") for increased localization flexibility. Modding: Moved the definition of technologies and items that should be unlocked at the start of the game to a separate default_unlocks.json file. This simplifies modification of starting conditions and allows easy addition of new elements in the future.
