Security Patches — The Local Steam update #880805

This update addresses a recently found security vulnerability that affects all Unity games built with Unity version 2017.1 and later, including The Local. There should be no functional difference between this version and the previous. Modding Branch v1.3.0 The modding branch has also been updated to v1.3.0, and has received the same security patch. It also now has 100% parity with the main branch, meaning it now included the Super Board. I've also unfortunately opted to disable access to previous modding branches, as those are built on the vulnerable version of Unity.
