Update 0.3.8 — Star Vortex Steam update #883100

Another update with a host of balance changes in response to people play testing our demo. Please continue giving us feedback on Discord as you test things out! New Features / Content Added version number to bottom right of HUD, setting added to Advanced to disable it. Items now permanently track the game version they came from and display it below their image. Piercing projectiles will now hit each enemy ship once regardless of size. Equipment Buffs Cryo Gun, Plasmathrower and Flamethrower now have piercing projectiles. Torando Launcher missiles now snap to 3x their explosive radius on to enemy targets. Doubled angular drag of stalker / javelin missiles increasing their accuracy. Increased ROF of inferno cannon by 25%. Increased ROF of railgun by 25%.
