VDAP6 - Timed tips come up too quickly and too often. Resolution: Modified tips to only come up after 90 seconds of no clicking and then every 10 seconds after that. If you click to cancel them it will wait another 90 seconds before it displays them again. I also modified announcements (The system tips use to display text) so that they can timeout but also be closed sooner by clicking them. Also I always hate when I go to click something and something else pops up under the mouse at the last second. So I modified the announcement system so they can’t be closed unless they are at least 1/2 second old so I know the user intended it.
