Beta v13 bugfixes — Puffin Planes Steam update #891204

Beta v13.4 Bugfixes: - Fixed bug that would cause savegame loads to fail for users with slower computers. Beta v13.3 Features: - New hotkeys to toggle Network Overview, Airplane Marketplace, etc. - Airplane overview now shows the estimated amount of time in the order backlog until the plane you're looking at is ready to fly. Changes: - New option to disable flight income ka-chings. Also made them a little quieter in general. - New option to disable/enable explosions and camera shake. - New algorithm for calculating how much a passenger pays out per stop.
