Patch v1.4.15 — Blightlands Blacksmith Steam update #891807

Patch v1.4.15 Changes You can now see custom order requirements while dealing with the cutler. You can now use the enter key to load/sell/transfer from the player in the inventory screen. A reward screen will now display the amount of gold customers have paid you for custom orders, in addition to any alloy recipes they give you. Fixes I finally worked out why some male heads would spawn with flat skin colored heads, eyes included, and fixed it. The ranger will now have matching skin tone on hands and head. Fixed a bug that would occasionally cause customers to stop spawning after loading the game.
