Patch v1.32.15 — Blightlands Blacksmith Steam update #891830

Patch v1.32.15 Fixes Corrected an issue where the images indicating overseer elemental affinity for storm and earth were swapped. Buffed frost damage. Reduced elemental damage required to pass through the second smelter to below the level of unmodified Tier 2 runes. Previously a Tier 2 rune and an enhance rune was required to meet the requirement. Corrected a texture issue in which applying a frost enchant to a copper weapon would result in the appearance of a fire weapon. Removed the tendency for the banner officer to stop inside the entryway to the building instead of standing behind the counter. Work on the quest system is continuing.
