2023.12.12 Playtest version update — Sanguo's Ambition 4 :Three Kingdoms Steam update #892138

The following is the update content for the Playtest version on December 12, 2023: Fixed an issue where some city blocks were not displayed correctly. Fixed an issue where the frame rate dropped when the ownership of our city changed. Slightly reduced the volume of the background music on the battlefield. Added voiceovers for female generals when they release their skills. Increased the volume of the voiceovers for generals when they release their skills. Fixed an issue where resources could fluctuate back and forth on their own. Replaced the images in the custom rooms for the 184 Yellow Turban Rebellion and the 190 Dong Zhuo Rebellion. Fixed an issue where upgrading buildings with shortcut keys would deduct resources multiple times.
