Beta Test 2 Patch Notes — Wyld Land Steam update #898915

Welcome to Wyld Land Beta 2! We're so excited to welcome you back to the Wyld. Note that as before, there will not be a data wipe until the end of the Beta period, and we will have at least one more Beta test after this one. Let's start with the major additions and then we'll cover the smaller changes. New Engine First off, we're rolling out our brand-new client engine for the game, which is based on Heaps.This engine is built from the ground-up to be lighter and faster so you should see even better performance as well as faster load times. For example, if you're playing in your web browser, the initial download size to get to the login screen has gone down from 14MB to about 2MB! Note that with the new engine in place, you will need to re-bind any keys that you have changed from the default!
