Terrain Hotfix & Automatic Trim Change — GroundFall Steam update #903369

This hot fix release includes: Fixed the 'Season 1' terrain problems that occurred during the last release Changed the way the airplane's automatic pitch trim works. Now the trim will adjust as the player adds stick inputs (nose up/down). I think this is very intuitive and works better than the previous manual approach. Changed the player death "Respawn" button to "Restart Map". This was done to better align with the recent changes that limit how many times the player can respawn.
