Add background timeout when "Waiting for Players" at the top of the race to help prevent long wait times when players join late. (Only patched for Steam hosts so Nintendo Switch hosts will not perform the timeout until the patch goes live on Nintendo Switch). Note that you may need to restart Steam for the update to download automatically.
