Small Bugfix update 0.81.8 — Rekindling Steam update #910385

Hey everyone!Small bugfix update just went out there were a few bugs that were really annoying to me that I didn't want to wait to squash before the 1.0 version. Speaking of 1.0 we should have a date announcement here in the next two weeks! Its coming fast I'm excited, so stay tuned.0.81.8-Fix bug where capturing would sometimes not let the survivor pickup the Animal/Zim-Fix bug where build jobs could disappear when an item isn't where a survivor expects-Fix bug where cure menu buttons would act weird at higher resolutions.
