Update 0.10.24.1 — Capsa Steam update #916070

This update is primarly core improvements and optimizations. One of the new features in this update is the new interaction system that will view on screen the key to press when looking at an interactable object. It also allows you to specify which object to interact with (e.g. different seats) based on what you are looking at. This works in combination with the previous system, so you can still interact with closest object in valid range when not looking at anything specific. Other changes are some improvements to world lighting at various times of day and various logic improvements to the home photo system which should fix various issues there.
