Hey what's up guys!After the last update many requested for better tools for painting occupations and rightful territories. This update makes that possible!Territory Painting Layers 🎨Previously, by painting you always overwrote both the owner and the rightful owner, unless the nations were at war. Now there are two layers to paint for: Owner and Rightful OwnerLike the tooltip says, most of the time you want to keep both these layers on to paint normal land changes. But if you want to paint occupations, or rightful territory for one nation, or more concrete preset revolt borders, these layers become quite useful.Here's how each configuration works:Here's another showcase of the "Rightful Territory Paint Mode" that appears when you only have that layer on.
