v0.2.2: CO-OP Patch 2 — Schedule I Steam update #916906

Hey everyone, Here's another patch for the open beta. I've made a number of improvements and squashed some bugs. Check out the full list below. Additions You can now skip through the intro. Added a fence next to the skate park. Added a new dead drop location at the skate park. Added new and improved pay phone model. Improvements/Tweaks Changed the cash amount selector to be more consistent with other items. Moved the hint popup to the right side of the screen. Changed the location of Uncle Nelson's cash stash to the new skatepark deaddrop. Non-host clients are now automatically saved after creating their character. Bug fixes Fixed janky liquid pouring at the mixing station. Fixed non-host clients responding with ' instead of an actual deal window.
