Post-launch patch 4 — Schedule I Steam update #916909

Hello everyone, The fourth patch is here. This is a smaller one but contains some optimizations that should hopefully reduce stuttering, especially at night time. I've also added some more tasteful bus stop adverts. Additionally, you can now crack open a can of Red Balls to sober up and clear any drug effects. Additions Added more bus stop adverts. Added dealer 'How do I assign customers?' dialogue. Tweaks Save points now display 'Game saved!' for increased clarity. Red Balls is now consumable and will remove any drug effects. Optimizations Now using a NavMesh cache to avoid unnecessary sampling calculations. This will hopefully reduce stuttering when NPCs need to repeatedly calculate paths. Thanks, everyone! Tyler
