Balancing Recap — BloodGate Steam update #92504

We've made several balancing updates to the game over the last month or so (which we didn't make an announcement for but instead had an in-game message). We're acutely aware that some players are still not managing to get good enough gear and are instead trying to grind their way up (which ruins the game experience for them). Great weapons can be forged from very mediocre ones using the salvage/crafting part of the game. Offense is the best defense, so focus on improving your weapon first. Don't just upgrade one spell line as you will run out of crafting materials and not have enough for other items. Don't go back and grind dungeons to get your level up as you will end up with low-level gear that doesn't match you or your enemy's level (stick to the dungeons close to where you are up to - good items will drop from them).
