Update for 6/13/24 — Little Kitty, Big City Steam update #927506

- Lots more collision fixes and improvements - bananas now sleep on spawn - briefcases no longer spawn rubber ducks - fixed the Traditional Chinese showing some elements in simplified on the main menu - fixed a bug where slomo could get stuck on if you tripped a human JUST as you were about to catch a bird (or other edge cases) - fixed some of the Traditional Chinese files not properly getting updated - improved collisions and fixed areas of the doggo yard where the dog balls could get stuck - Fixed convenience store worker getting stuck in a "return the fish" loop - fixed some ledge climb transitions which could cause an edge case where the transition didn't finish the kitty would get stuck mid climb - fixed the trashcan in the far main street's exit being wrong which would put in the wall on exit - slight changes to kitty's arms and look-at when pouncing on a bird and some look-at twea...
