To access the new features and to test them: go to the game in your steam library > right click the game > properties > betas > testing branch. Once you select it the download will begin automatically. Me and my team will be testing for bugs over the next several days before making the patch live on the primary default branch of the game. Feel free to test it and give feedback if you find anything!
