Lost Technology Update - 9/13 — Lost Technology Steam update #942884

Hi All! Today we have updated Lost Techonology with a vareity of bug fixes. You can see the changes listed below: Garbled text for comrade recruit help fixed. Japanese appearing when swapping comrades fixed. "Dext" removed and replaced with SKI. Edited chemical weapon help. Edited Morus' skills. Like regular units, can now use wind magic. Fixed BGM being too quiet. Fixed title screen bug. Fixed Light Mage upper recruitment bug. Fixed mistake in "Thunder" skill help. Fixed spelling errors. Revised recruitment status when the flag is raised, due to a bug. Some users have commented that voices are too quiet. Since they are at max volume, I have lowered the battle music volume.
