Fixed water in the "Anadyr" location. Added rare random events for puppet countries (riots and crime). Fixed AI on the global map (enemies did not attack ports when landing their marines from the sea, but moved deeper into the island). Fixed the building upgrade system (improved construction window, fixed errors, added description, fixed effects from upgrades, fixed balance). Fixed events when capturing the main island and the entire map (in the global campaign, the finale of the campaign). Fixed a bug due to which it was possible to endlessly create new battalions with an already hired general. Fixed a bug due to which damage was carried out on your own equipment on the easy difficulty level (in tactical battles). Fixed errors in displaying the battalion panel (in the global campaign).
