You can purchase them in-game in the appearance customization menu. Ranger — Explosive Shot now deals 300 Fire damage (down from 400). — Swift Strike damage reduced from 800 to 600, cooldown increased from 5 to 6 seconds. — Tactical Bomb damage reduced from 500 to 300. Outlaw — Stalk duration increased from 5 to 8 seconds. Also, CC effects now can’t break Stalk in the first second.
