Wizard — Dictate Fate now should correctly work if the target is mounted. Ranger — Fixed a bug which caused Poison Spikes to sometimes reach 2 stacks without Swift Strike. — Bouncing Leap speed boost duration reduced from 2 to 1.5 seconds and it’s not longer affected by Intensity. — Tech Advancement now increases Fire damage by 50% (down from 70%) and makes Burning Tar slow by 30% (down from 50%). — Evasion cooldown increased from 14 to 15 seconds, cooldown reduction on successful evades increased form 4 to 5 seconds, damage reduction percent reduced from 45% to 30%, duration reduced from 4 to 3 sec...
