Patch Notes 0.3-rc11 — Zeal Steam update #94626

Warrior — Thrill of Battle how restores up to 5% health and up to 5 Stamina (was 7% and 7). Wizard — Time Anomaly no longer affects cooldowns and now it stuns instead of shocking. — Meteor Strike stun is no longer affected by Diminishing Returns. Ranger — Hunting shot damage reduced by 10%. — Ricochet damage reduced by 10%. Outlaw — Stalk second effects is now "Your attacks ignore Armor and deal 10% more damage during stalking and 3 seconds after it." — Ambusher now increases Stalk damage bonus by 20% (was 30%) and duration by 2 seconds (was 3). — Ambush direct damage increased from 200 to 600, dot damage reduced from 150 to 50 per tick. — Throw Dirt now really interrupts casting. Witch — Forbid Soil is now castable while stunned.
