Expect a full recode of New Game+ Benefits in next weeks patch. All acheevs, flags, etc., will still be in game, but all saves involved with the New Game+ Benefits DLC will be invalidated. So, if you are planning on playing New Game+ Benefits, or doing a replay, I would hold off until the patch. We're about 20% done with the recode right now, it's just a busy week. Who knows, maybe it will get done sooner.
