v2.3.0 Patch Notes — DemonCrawl Steam update #950024

Hello, DemonCrawl v2.3.0 is now available on the Windows stable branch. This update introduces a new stranger, leaderboards for Classic mode, mastery balance changes, several quality-of-life improvements for the Codex, and new rewards for Arena Plus owners, including over 1000 sign parts.
