Rearranged some of the elements of the elevator buttons on the new game screen. Added some detail to the visual components. Added a "first shift?" post it to the lets get sweeping button for player's first shift, guiding them to the basement floors if they'd like to use them. Max Ascensions now limited to 10, adjusting UI as necessary
