Added support for Magica Cloth. Added the ability to drag / move UI panels temporarily. Websocket Server will now broadcast messages to clients when the avatar goes in and out of the Ragdoll mode. Yes you can finally make the "You Died" screen. Fixed the issue where the Ragdoll Camera would zoom out too much.
