Update 33.6: Black Screen Launch bug & Hand Orientation fix — Plastic Battlegrounds Steam update #95649

Some users reported experiencing a black screen when they tried to launch the game or having the game launch on their monitor, but not inside of their VR headset. This release should fix this problem. Other users have reported a misalignment with their controllers. This release should also fix this problem.
