Version 0.9.17 Released — Concealed Intent Steam update #959386

Here is the first post-release update. The main change is the addition of four new missions towards the end of the single-player campaign: Clear, Factory, Rescue & Last Stand. Now there are 20 missions total. In addition to the missions there are a number of potential bug fixes and cosmetic changes.
