Add a tutorial about the uses of the hammer and instructions indicating that a hammer is needed to place path tiles and fences. Fixing a bug where you might accidentally equip a tool into the hand slot, causing the tool to become unusable. The hand slot is fixed, so you can no longer select it when equipping a tool.
