Bugfixes from Gamescom feedback — School of Magic: Deck and Slash Prologue Steam update #970264

Fixed Bugs - If you open the potion dealer 2 times all potions are gone - Madam Sasa lets you level spells - German Translation for "Beuteltasche" should have oder instead of und - Armor text fixed - If you cast a spell and then click on an event, you can start the event from further away - Endless hourglass can get triggered while in the menu (e.g. on level up), also sometimes doesn't reset - Map gets moved when holding the mouse to move - Ghost projectile doesn't level correctly - Cards in the world overlay the map - Sometimes the end of the level arrow appears too early (I tried to fix it, but because it only happens sometimes not sure if it is really fixed) - If you press m or something in the first tutorial screen you can get the game to bug - Added VSync to low and very quality settings - Sometimes cards don't get removed on level up - Madam Sasa sometimes doesn't remove cards - So...
