Update to build 127. — The Wanderer Steam update #97617

Greetings wastelanders! Updated with build 127: Friendly cats and dogs make an appearance on the screen after rescuing them from the mutants. The first three tutorial levels can be skipped by finding black smoke on the shores of the rotten sea. Added more tutorial hints. Fixed manhole layer problems. Fixed walking animation sometimes starting when clicking an item in the inventory. Fixed clicking on an item producing a sound when not in an underground battle. Saves are now maintained between builds.
