Fix bug where player couldn't continue quest if they crafted a up-and-coming boomerang and no other weapons. Fix small issue where Rosalind would stop moving during one point in the quest until the player advanced. Fix small issue where quest wouldn't advance if player dropped their weapons before dialog about maggot.
