Beta Update 0.8.1.18 — Vanguard Galaxy Steam update #988981

Hello captains,A few fixes after dropping the Battlecruisers :)Update availabilityThis update is still under active development. As such, it is only available if you switch to the beta branch of Vanguard Galaxy to test out these new changes.
