Beta Update 0.8.1.16 — Vanguard Galaxy Steam update #988983

Hello captains,A bunch of fixes to clean up the items we have on the list :) And importantly another fix for the shops not regenerating properly with different content from other systems. Update availabilityThis update is still under active development. As such, it is only available if you switch to the beta branch of Vanguard Galaxy to test out these new changes.
